Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and baj8 ("baj8", "we", "us", "the Platform"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the baj8 website, mobile web application, casino games, sportsbook, account services, and all related features accessible via baj8.io (collectively, "the Platform").

By creating a baj8 account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be bound by all terms contained herein. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must not use the baj8 Platform and must not create or maintain an account.

This Agreement is supplemented by the following additional policies, each of which is incorporated herein by reference:

• Privacy Policy — governing the collection, use, and storage of your personal data
• Responsible Gaming Policy — governing player protection tools and self-exclusion procedures
• Bonus Terms — governing the specific conditions attached to each individual promotion
• Game Rules — governing the rules and payout structures of individual casino games and betting markets

In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and any supplementary policy, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail unless a supplementary policy explicitly states otherwise.

Eligibility & Registration

To be eligible to register a baj8 account and use the Platform, you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age. baj8 strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 21.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual player, not as an agent for any third party.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or officer of baj8, nor are you an immediate family member (spouse, parent, child, sibling) of any such person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the baj8 Platform or had a baj8 account terminated for cause.
• You are not diagnosed with or currently receiving treatment for a gambling addiction.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

baj8 reserves the right to request documentary verification of any registration information at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence, and proof of residential address dated within the last three months. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by baj8 customer support may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and pending bonuses.

Account Management

You are solely and entirely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your baj8 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

baj8 will never contact you — via email, SMS, live chat, telephone, or any other channel — to request your password or full payment method details. Any communication purporting to be from baj8 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to baj8 customer support immediately.

All account activity that occurs using your login credentials is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify baj8 immediately via the live chat support channel. baj8 will investigate all reported unauthorised access claims and may temporarily suspend the account pending the outcome of the investigation.

baj8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of this Agreement, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other conduct that baj8 considers harmful to the integrity of the Platform or its player community.

Players may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting baj8 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within two (2) business days. Any balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the verified payment method on file, subject to standard identity verification requirements.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the baj8 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). baj8 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own fees or processing charges, for which baj8 accepts no responsibility.

Accepted deposit methods include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The maximum single deposit amount and daily deposit limits are specified within the cashier section of your account and may vary by payment method.

Deposits are credited to your baj8 account balance in real time for mobile wallet transactions (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and within one (1) to three (3) business hours for bank transfer transactions. baj8 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider or the player's bank.

Withdrawal conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• All withdrawals must be sent to a payment method that is registered in the same name as the baj8 account holder.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed. This requires submission of a valid NID or passport and proof of address.
• Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes of approval for verified accounts.
• Withdrawals to bank accounts are typically processed within one (1) business day of approval.
• baj8 reserves the right to request additional documentation — including proof of payment method ownership — before processing any withdrawal that triggers our risk management or anti-money laundering checks.
• Winnings generated from bonus funds may be subject to maximum withdrawal caps as specified in the applicable bonus terms.

baj8 operates a strict anti-money laundering (AML) policy. Any attempt to use the Platform for the purpose of money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or any other financial crime will result in immediate account suspension, full forfeiture of all funds, and mandatory reporting to the relevant authorities.

Bonuses & Promotions

baj8 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made. By claiming any bonus, you accept the specific terms of that promotion in addition to this Agreement.

General bonus conditions applicable to all promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonus funds must be wagered in accordance with the stated wagering requirements before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be processed.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• baj8 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and without prior notice. Offers already claimed and subject to active wagering requirements will be honoured.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device. Multiple accounts created for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses constitute fraudulent conduct.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or redeemed for cash except as specifically stated in the promotion terms.
• baj8 reserves the right to void any bonus and any associated winnings where it determines, at its sole discretion, that the bonus was claimed or wagered in a manner that constitutes abuse of the promotional system.

Seasonal and event-based promotions — including those tied to BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day — may be offered at baj8's discretion. Eligibility, minimum deposit requirements, and wagering conditions for such promotions will be published at the time of the offer.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All casino games available on the baj8 Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology sourced from licensed game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for individual games are available within the game information panels.

For sports betting, including cricket markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and bilateral internationals, the following rules apply:

• All bets are final once confirmed. baj8 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in circumstances where a market is voided by baj8 at its sole discretion (for example, in the event of match abandonment, postponement, or a data feed error).
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time without notice. Bets placed before a market suspension are valid; bets placed after suspension but before confirmation by the system may be voided at baj8's discretion.
• baj8 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error due to a technical fault or data feed failure.
• Maximum payout limits per event and per market are specified in the sportsbook section and may be updated from time to time.
• Where a result is disputed or subject to a formal investigation by a sport's governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, FIFA, etc.), baj8 reserves the right to withhold settlement until the official result is confirmed.

Live dealer games are governed by the rules of the specific game variant as presented by the relevant provider (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi). In the event of a technical failure during a live dealer game round that prevents its completion, the round will be voided and all bets returned. Completed rounds are final regardless of subsequent technical issues.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the baj8 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds held in the account, and may result in legal action where applicable:

• Fraud: Any attempt to deceive baj8, its staff, or other players through false information, fake documentation, or misrepresentation of identity.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform for the purpose of depositing and withdrawing funds to obscure their illicit origin.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in multiplayer games or betting markets to gain an unfair advantage over other participants or over baj8.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, automated betting tools, artificial intelligence agents, or any other software to place bets or interact with the Platform outside of normal human play.
• Arbitrage Abuse: Systematically exploiting odds discrepancies between baj8 and other platforms in a manner that constitutes bonus abuse or is otherwise contrary to the spirit of fair play.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or reversal through your payment provider for deposits made to your baj8 account. Any chargeback attempt will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.
• Underage Gambling: Attempting to register or use the Platform as a person under 21 years of age, or facilitating access by an underage individual.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or maintaining more than one baj8 account for any purpose.
• Exploitation of Errors: Knowingly taking advantage of software bugs, pricing errors, or system malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated from identified errors will be voided.

Intellectual Property

All content on the baj8 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of baj8 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from baj8.
• Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform or its software.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar automated data extraction tools on the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or application without baj8's express written authorisation.

The baj8 name, logo, and all related marks, names, and slogans are registered or unregistered trademarks of baj8. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any right to use the baj8 trademark or any associated branding for any purpose.

Privacy & Data Protection

baj8 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

baj8 will never sell your personal data to third-party advertisers. Data is shared only with payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud prevention services as necessary to operate the Platform securely and in compliance with applicable law.

All personal and financial data transmitted between your device and the baj8 Platform is protected by 256-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. Payment credentials — including bKash numbers, Nagad numbers, and bank account details — are handled exclusively by the relevant payment processor and are not retained on baj8's servers.

Responsible Gaming

baj8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe environment for all players. The Platform is intended as a form of entertainment; it is not a source of income and should not be treated as one.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all baj8 account holders at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you may deposit into your account.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, baj8 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill
• Service interruptions, server failures, or data transmission errors
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials
• Errors or delays in payment processing caused by your payment provider
• Actions of third-party game providers or data feed suppliers

baj8 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While baj8 takes all reasonable steps to maintain continuous and error-free service, it does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or free from errors at all times. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated to players in advance wherever operationally practicable.

Nothing in this Agreement shall exclude or limit baj8's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by baj8's own negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Amendments & Termination

baj8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights, withdrawal conditions, or bonus terms — baj8 will provide a minimum of seven (7) days' advance notice via a notification displayed on the Platform and, where reasonably practicable, via email to your registered address.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes. Any balance held in your account will be returned to your verified payment method upon closure.

baj8 reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and close your account immediately and without notice where:

• You are found to have breached any provision of this Agreement
• baj8 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory instruction
• baj8 determines, at its sole discretion, that continued operation of your account poses a risk to the integrity, security, or financial stability of the Platform

Upon termination for cause, baj8 may withhold any balance pending investigation. Balances determined to be legitimately owned by the player following the conclusion of an investigation will be returned to the verified payment method on file, net of any amounts subject to forfeiture under these terms.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which baj8 holds its operating licence. Players access the Platform voluntarily and are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between a player and baj8 regarding the interpretation or application of these terms, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through baj8's internal complaints procedure, which is initiated by contacting baj8 customer support via live chat with a clear description of the dispute and the resolution sought. baj8 will respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

Where an internal resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body as specified by baj8's applicable gaming licence. baj8's decisions regarding the application of game rules, bonus terms, and account integrity matters are final and binding absent manifest error.
